By accessing or using any Forge Syntax application or website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Forge Syntax develops and publishes mobile applications ("Apps") and related web services. Our Apps are designed to be simple, reliable tools for everyday use. The specific features and functionality of each App are described within the App itself and on our website.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our Apps on a device you own or control
• Use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of our Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps
• Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense our Apps to others
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from our Apps

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use our Apps for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest any information from our Services without our consent
• Impersonate any person or entity

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps and website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software code, and design — are the exclusive property of Forge Syntax and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Some of our Apps may offer premium features or content available for purchase. All purchases are processed through the relevant app store platform (e.g., Google Play). Payments are subject to the terms of that platform.

• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store in accordance with their refund policies.
• Subscriptions: If an App offers subscriptions, they will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions through your app store account settings.

Some of our Apps display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. By using our Apps, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

Our Apps may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Play, Firebase). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Our Apps and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that our Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content

We do not warrant that our Services will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forge Syntax shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forge Syntax and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your license to use our Apps will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
